THIS WEEK'S SPEAKER: SCOTT BAYLINE

Join us this Thursday to hear PDG D7280, Scott Bayline, talk about the first leg of the
Keystone Rotary E-Club’s Friendship Exchange to Prishtina, Kosova! It all started with
a desire to meet their Keystone Members that live and work in Kosova. Then they had
the opportunity to partner with the Prishtina Dardania Rotary Club to be the
International Sponsor Club of the MINDS for PEACE Global Grant. And lastly, at the
invitation of District Governor Butrint Batalli (DG for the newly established Kosova & Albania Rotary District 2485), they put together a team and packed our bags!

Open Board Positions for the 2025 ~ 2026 Rotary Year

Our club CANNOT continue and function with out

members volunteering to take on the roles of keeping our club

moving forward to help make the world and our communities better.

These positions take less time out of our week than you probably realize.

President for the term of 7/25 to 6/27 2 years

VP for the same as above (Can be the Pres Elect or not)

Secretary for 7/25 for a period of 3 years or more

Treasurer for 7/25 for a period of 3 years or more

Director at Large for 7/25 for a period of 3 years

Contact President Anika or Karen to get more details and put your name in for consideration. Our By Laws state that we must have these positions in place by 12/31 of the year.

It's a great opportunity for personal growth and so much more!!! Try it you will certainly like it!!!!

WOOHOOO ! Congratulations to us for being awarded our 1st ever District Grant!!!! We will be sponsoring 2 students to RYLA in June 2025 using grant funds. Karen is looking for 1 or 2 members to assist with the process of searching for students. Our goal is search for 10th graders that are home schooled or in cyber school who may not know about the opportunity as most Rotary Clubs work directly with schools. As you know, Karen has worked with RYLA in both the club and district setting for the past 15 years! Speakers NEEDED!

President Anika asked everyone to find at least 2 speakers and assigned us each a month to fill. Please be looking and asking in ADVANCE of your month or feel free to schedule someone sooner than your time. Always check the "Speaker" calendar on the website for open dates. I'll be adding the dates to the end of next year(it's a manual process). Or reach to Karen.

2024 will be matched with Foundation Points!

Here is how it will work:
 Minimum donation for a match is $100
 Donations up to $2,000 will be matched 1 point per dollar!

not forget that in three years, a part of these donations come back to fund our
Grant Program!
